Agreement I understand that all players under 18 must have a signed waiver presented to league officials in person before the player is eligible to participate. I understand the registration fee is $275 per team, plus $25 per game for referee fees. I understand the registration fee is non-refundable if my team drops out. Refunds are only issued if the league is cancelled. I understand that league officials may request valid photo ID from any player at any game to verify identity and age.
